Cancellation and Refund Eligibility: ( If applicable)

Requests for cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing (via email).

Refunds will be issued based on the date of the cancellation request and in accordance with the following guidelines.

Full Refund:

A full refund will be provided if the cancellation request is received within 4 days prior to the start date of the class/course.

​

Partial Refund:

A partial refund may be provided if the cancellation request is received after the 4 days but before 4 days prior to the start date of the class/course. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on our administrative costs and any expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation.

No Refund:

No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after 4 days prior to the start date of the class/course.

Special Circumstances:

Exceptions to this refund policy may be made in extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events. Requests for exceptions must be accompanied by appropriate documentation (e.g., medical certificate) and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Processing Time:

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for the processing of refund requests once they have been approved.

Method of Refund:

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. If the original payment was made via credit/debit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. If the payment was made through a different method, please provide appropriate details for refund processing.

Non-Transferable:

Refunds are non-transferable and cannot be applied to future classes/courses or transferred to other individuals.

 

Cancellation by Organizer:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a class/course due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be provided.

Changes to Refund Policy:

We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other relevant platforms.
